Exodus

Exodus 5-11 – God will reveal Himself in ways no one has ever known through the plagues on Egypt. Through intentional and powerful afflictions, He will make Himself known. He is both God Almighty and Yahweh.

Exodus 2:11-4:31 – God uses the events in Moses’ life to prepare him to deliver Israel. God reveals Himself as I AM WHO I AM – the eternal, self-existent, and self-sufficient God – who will keep His promise to deliver His people from Egypt.

Exodus 1-2:10 – The book of Exodus is a continuation of the Genesis narrative. In this session, we see how the narrative in Genesis connects to Exodus as God begins to fulfill the Abrahamic Covenant. Unexpectedly, we see how the daughters of Israel were the real threat to Pharaoh as they delivered the deliverer.
